Statement

I create functional handmade pieces. I find in ceramics an opportunity to share my country of origin, Mexico, connecting it to the new life I have now in the US.  My hands are my tools and mud is my medium. Each piece is carefully crafted with love and attention to detail, making them true artisanal creations.  I find inspiration in nature which is reflected in my work. To me, ceramics is not just a medium, but a way to express my creativity, reach the person who uses my pots and add a touch of beauty to everyday life.
